Therapy can help with a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and relationship concerns. Our therapists work with individuals experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, PTSD, depression, OCD, ADHD, stress, burnout, grief, self-esteem challenges, chronic illness, relationship conflict, parenting concerns, and major life transitions. We tailor treatment to your unique needs using evidence-based and holistic approaches to help you feel better and create lasting change.
Therapy fees vary depending on the therapist and the type of service you are seeking. Because each clinician has different levels of training and experience, session rates may differ. For our most up-to-date pricing information, please visit our Fees & Rates page. If you have questions about finding a therapist that fits your needs and budget, our team is happy to help guide you through your options. We also accept Care Credit, FSA/HSA, and offer financing for our intensive programs.
Juno Counseling & Wellness is a private-pay practice, allowing our therapists the flexibility to provide highly personalized care without the restrictions often imposed by insurance companies. While we are out of network with insurance providers, we can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement if your plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits.

Yes. We offer in-person therapy at our Palm Beach Gardens office as well as secure online therapy for clients located anywhere in Florida. Many clients enjoy the convenience of virtual therapy, while others prefer meeting in person. Some choose to combine both options depending on their schedule and needs.
There is no one-size-fits-all answer. Some clients achieve their goals in just a few months, while others choose to continue therapy longer to work through more complex concerns or support ongoing personal growth. During your initial sessions, your therapist will work with you to develop a treatment plan based on your goals, symptoms, and progress. Therapy is always individualized, and you remain an active part of deciding what feels right for you.
Our therapists are trained in a variety of evidence-based and experiential approaches, allowing us to tailor treatment to each client's needs. Depending on your goals, therapy may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), play therapy, sand tray therapy, mindfulness, parent coaching, and other specialized approaches.
Yes. Anxiety and trauma are two of our primary areas of expertise. Our clinicians work with individuals experiencing generalized anxiety, panic attacks, health anxiety, OCD, PTSD, complex trauma, childhood trauma, and stress-related conditions. We use evidence-based treatments including CBT, EMDR, somatic therapies, mindfulness, and other approaches designed to help clients regulate their nervous system and heal from past experiences.
Finding the right therapist is one of the most important factors in successful therapy. At Juno Counseling & Wellness, we take the guesswork out of the process by carefully matching you with a clinician based on your concerns, goals, personality, preferences, and scheduling needs. Whether you're seeking support for anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship challenges, OCD, life transitions, or personal growth, our team will recommend the therapist whose training, experience, and therapeutic style are the best fit for you. If your needs change over time, we're always happy to help you explore other options within our practice to ensure you receive the highest quality care.
We work with children as young as 2 years old, as well as adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Our child therapists use developmentally appropriate approaches such as play therapy, parent coaching, sand tray therapy, and other evidence-based interventions to help children build emotional regulation, confidence, healthy coping skills, and stronger family relationships.
Finding the right therapist is one of the most important parts of successful treatment. During your consultation, our team will learn about your child's age, concerns, personality, and goals before recommending the therapist whose training and approach best fit your family's needs. We carefully consider each clinician's specialties to help ensure your child receives the most appropriate care.
Yes. We provide couples counseling for partners in all stages of their relationship, whether you are dating, engaged, married, or navigating separation. Couples therapy can help improve communication, rebuild trust, strengthen emotional connection, resolve recurring conflict, navigate life transitions, and deepen intimacy. Our therapists utilize evidence-based relationship approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method.
At Juno Counseling and Wellness, we believe that mental health care should be personalized, compassionate, and comprehensive. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, we carefully match each client with the therapist who best fits their needs and offer a wide range of evidence-based and holistic services under one roof. From therapy for children, teens, adults, couples, and families to EMDR, play therapy, somatic therapies, nutrition services, psychological testing, and specialized wellness resources, our goal is to provide the support you need to heal, grow, and thrive. We focus not only on reducing symptoms but on helping clients build meaningful, lasting change.
