A High-Touch, Neuroscience-Informed, Integrative Approach to Complex Conditions
At Juno Counseling and Wellness, our Intensive Therapeutic Programs are designed for individuals who have not found lasting relief through traditional weekly therapy alone.
These programs offer a comprehensive, immersive treatment experience that integrates psychotherapy, nervous system regulation, somatic therapies, and personalized care, all delivered within a high-touch, concierge-style clinical environment.
Our intensives are not one-size-fits-all programs. Each client receives a customized treatment plan based on a deep, multi-dimensional assessment of psychological patterns, nervous system functioning, trauma history, and mind–body contributors to symptoms.
This integrative model allows us to treat not only symptoms, but the underlying systems that keep symptoms stuck.
Who Our Intensive Programs Are For
Our intensive therapy programs are designed for individuals experiencing:
Many of our clients have already tried traditional therapy, medication, or medical interventions without achieving sustained improvement. Our programs are specifically designed for complex, layered conditions where the nervous system, psychology, and body are all involved.
What Makes Juno’s Intensive Programs Different
A True Mind–Body–Nervous System Model
At Juno, we understand that persistent symptoms are rarely caused by a single factor. Psychological distress is often maintained by the interaction of:
Our intensive programs are built on a neuroscience-informed framework that prioritizes nervous system regulation as the foundation for lasting change. This allows deeper therapeutic work to be more effective, sustainable, and integrated.
Highly Individualized Treatment Planning
Every client begins with a comprehensive assessment process that evaluates:
From this, our clinical team creates a personalized treatment plan that sequences and integrates multiple modalities based on each client’s unique needs and readiness.
No two intensive programs are the same.
Integrated, Multi-Modal Treatment
Depending on your individualized treatment plan, your program may include a carefully sequenced combination of:
Rather than relying on a single method, we integrate approaches to support regulation, capacity-building, emotional processing, and long-term integration.
Nervous System Regulation as a Clinical Foundation
Many treatment-resistant conditions are driven by chronic nervous system dysregulation, often presenting as:
Our programs are designed to restore flexibility to the nervous system so that emotional, cognitive, and trauma-focused therapies can be more effective and better tolerated.
This regulation-first approach helps reduce overwhelm, improve emotional resilience, and create the internal safety needed for deeper therapeutic work.
Integrated Nutrition and Physiological Support
Mental health is inseparable from physical and metabolic health.
Each intensive program includes integrated nutrition consultation to support:
This is not a diet program. Nutrition support is trauma-informed, non-restrictive, and designed to stabilize physiology so therapy gains can take hold more effectively.
High-Touch Concierge Clinical Experience
At Juno, the treatment environment itself is part of the therapeutic process.
Our concierge-style model is designed to reduce stress, enhance safety, and support nervous system regulation through:
Clients are never left to “manage” the process alone. Our team handles logistics so you can focus fully on healing.
Our Intensive Therapy Programs
We currently offer the following intensive programs:
Intensive Anxiety Program
For treatment-resistant anxiety, panic attacks, and phobias. Focuses on nervous system regulation, cognitive-behavioral flexibility, somatic integration, and exposure-readiness.
Intensive Trauma Program
For complex trauma and developmental trauma. Emphasizes safety, stabilization, attachment-focused work, somatic therapies, and trauma processing when clinically appropriate.
Intensive Chronic Pain Program
For chronic pain and pain conditions where psychological and nervous system factors contribute to symptom persistence. Integrates psychotherapy, somatic work, nervous system regulation, and lifestyle support.
Intensive Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) Program
For neurological-like symptoms without identifiable structural disease. Combines psychological, somatic, and nervous system-based approaches in collaboration with medical providers when needed. Note: we only accept FND clients who have a collaborating neurologist and physical therapist.
Intensive Clinical Depression Program
For treatment-resistant depression. Integrates behavioral activation, nervous system regulation, depth therapy, and physiological support.
Intensive Health Anxiety Program

Intensive Somatic Symptom Program
For persistent physical symptoms with psychological and nervous system components. Integrates mind–body therapies to reduce symptom amplification.
Program Structure and Flow
All intensive programs follow a structured clinical arc:
We begin with in-depth evaluation and program orientation to ensure clarity, safety, and individualized planning.
Your clinical team creates a customized plan based on your assessment profile and treatment goals.
You participate in a coordinated schedule of therapies and regulation-based interventions designed to build capacity, reduce symptoms, and address underlying drivers.
We focus on relapse prevention, long-term regulation strategies, and step-down care to support sustained progress.
Progress is tracked throughout the program using standardized clinical measures and ongoing clinical review.
Why Clients Choose Juno
Our goal is not just symptom reduction, but lasting change through deeper nervous system and psychological integration.
