All clinicians are required to complete additional training hours each year to increase their competencies.

Counseling for Change

The practice begins a new philanthropical program – Counseling for Change. The program makes a donation in honor of our graduating student interns, to a local nonprofit of the student intern’s choice. Our inaugural donation was for Kathryn Smith, MA, who chose Pace Center for Girls to receive our donation.

Dr. Vassilia Binensztok, vice-chair of the Board of Directors for Vita Nova, Inc. accepts a check with Vita Nova leadership from the Mental Health Counselor’s Association of Palm Beach at a ceremony at Hanley Center. Dr. Vassilia is committed to fundraising effortsfor Vita Nova. Vita Nova, Inc. is a local nonprofit that helps homeless youth transitioning out of foster care in Palm Beach County.

Vita Nova hosts Impact the Palm Beaches

Dr. Vassilia Binensztok and Vita Nova leadership host Impact the Palm Beaches. Impact generously gave a $100,000 donation to Vita Nova to help purchase transportation vans for the youth. Dr. Vassilia is vice chair of the Board of Directors for Vita Nova, a local nonprofit that helps homeless youth transitioning out of foster care in Palm Beach County.
