Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern

Specialties:  Trauma, adults and teens; anxiety, depression, mind-body connection, peak performance and athletic competition

Superpower: Making others feel heard and validated in their feelings, positive energy, respect and kindness.

I believe that life can feel overwhelming at times, especially when we find ourselves stuck in patterns that hold us back or facing challenges that feel difficult to overcome. At the same time, I believe that everyone has the capacity to grow, adapt, and move toward a life that feels more aligned, fulfilling, and intentional. This belief is what drives my work as a therapist.

I specialize in working with performance anxiety, particularly with athletes and high-performing individuals. As a former Division I golfer, I understand firsthand the mental demands of competition - the pressure to perform, the impact of self-talk, and how quickly confidence can shift. I enjoy helping clients strengthen their mental game, build resilience under pressure, and develop a more grounded, focused mindset both in and out of their sport.

In my work, I focus on helping clients reframe negative self-talk, increase self-awareness, and approach challenges with greater confidence and emotional flexibility. I integrate evidence-based strategies to support growth while creating a space where you feel supported, understood, and challenged in meaningful ways. I believe that through self-reflection, emotional support, and developing self-acceptance, lasting change is not only possible—it’s within reach.

Outside of therapy, I still enjoy playing and practicing golf, along with walking my dog, listening to podcasts, watching sports, and spending time with friends.
