Superpower:

Helping each client feel heard & seen & breathe a little easier while also maintaining excellent attention to detail.

I practice a trauma-informed approach and utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused modalities. I am passionate about helping individuals through grief & loss and self-esteem or identity issues.

I've worked in various settings including sub-acute mental health, substance use, and eating disorder treatment; community mental health; private practice; and even a school for neurodivergent children and adolescents.

My aim in therapy is to create a comfortable environment for clients where they can identify what led them to seek therapy and what goals they would most like to reach.

When not at work, I enjoy traveling, being in nature, yoga, karaoke, and spending time with my beloved niece and nephews.
