Payments & Fees

Our therapists range between $200-$250 per 50-minute session.
Dr. Vassilia Binensztok - $450 per 50-minute session.
Safe and Sound Protocol: Individual and family plans are available - please call for pricing.
Reunification Therapy - $450-$650 per session
Immersive Therapeutic Programs – Vary by program
Family therapy sessions that include more than two people are subject to an increased fee.
Couples therapy is charged at the same session fee as individual therapy. We do not upcharge.
In-person and telehealth sessions are charged at the same rate.

Paymentand Financing

We accept payment through credit card, check, cash, or Zelle. Credit card transactions are subject to a 3% fee.

We offer convenient, low-rate financing through Affirm and other third party payment plans for services like the Safe and Sound Protocol and Immersive Therapeutic Programs.

Insurance

We are a private pay practice. We can provide superbills for out-of-network insurance reimbursement. There are many benefits to using private pay services, and we offer fees that match many insurance copays with our qualified interns.

Additional fees:

School correspondence/appearance –correspondence and conferencing with children’s school administration is charged at the therapist’s regular session rate. Legal correspondence/appearance (family court and personal injury cases) - is charged at the therapist’s regular session rate.

Cancellation Policy

Please note, we have a24-hour cancellation window. All sessions not cancelled within at least 24hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee. If you cannot make an appointment last minute, you can always opt to attend over phone or video sessions.
