My practice focuses on the intersection of trauma and parenting. I support both adults who are raising children while healing from their own histories, and children who are working through trauma themselves. I specialize in helping parents whose nervous systems remain shaped by early hardship, attachment wounds, or complex trauma, and who now find themselves activated or overwhelmed in the parenting role.
I support parents doing the hard, invisible work of breaking cycles. These are the parents who are learning to respond with care even when their nervous system is telling them to shut down, lash out, or run. If you flinch at a slammed door or feel guilt after losing your temper, you’re not broken. You’re parenting with a nervous system that is still on high alert.
I also work with children and teens who’ve experienced trauma, helping them build internal resources, emotional language, and trust in relationships, often for the first time. Whether your child has been through a loss, a disrupted attachment, or an overwhelming life event, we’ll move gently and intentionally toward healing.
Nervous system regulation is at the core of my clinical work. I integrate somatic and attachment-based approaches, along with the evidence-based Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), to help clients shift from survival mode into safety and connection.
You don’t need to be fully healed to be a healing parent. And your child doesn’t have to hide their struggles to grow resilience. Together, we’ll work toward change that is not just behavioral, but embodied. You deserve the chance to feel steadier in your own body, more connected in your relationships, and more hopeful in your parenting journey. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to take those steps alone.
