Give us a call or send us a message through our inquiry form to tell us a little bit about your situation and ask any questions. Our admin, Christina, will answer your questions, and advise the best therapist for you.
2. Book A Session
If we seem like a good fit, our admin will help you book your first session. You’ll fill out confidential forms online through our secure portal and receive reminders by text and email before your session.
3. Start Your Healing Journey
After your first session, you can book appointments directly with your therapist. You can book one by one, or choose a standing weekly or bi-weekly appointment. There is never any obligation to continue.
