As a conscientious therapist, my belief is anchored in recognizing individuals holistically —encompassing mind, body, and spirit. Rather than viewing people through one lens, I advocate for seeing each person as a human with untapped potential and purpose. My dedication lies in nurturing the well-being of children, adolescents, and young adults. I bring experience in working with individuals diagnosed with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. My therapeutic approach integrates various evidence-based modalities, including Play Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
My values center around collaboration, honesty, authenticity, and genuine connection. I am creative, joyful, and love to laugh! Presently, I am a student intern under the guidance of Dr. Vassilia Binensztok as I progress through my internship. As a student at Palm Beach Atlantic University, I also offer Christian Counseling for those who seek it.
During my time away from the office, I engage in activities such as long walks, listening to podcasts, camping, fishing, playing board games, and cherishing quality moments with loved ones.
